Spirituality and Magic come from the same source, which is the Most High Elohim of Heaven, God of Israel.  

Magic was given unto us to connect with our Creator and His creation. Magic is NOT to be used for evil, nor is it to be abused by our authority. Magic is to be used with WISDOM and respect. Power does not come by authority but by WISDOM.

Any person who uses any thing from this site for evil will suffer curses upon them for generations, as Magic and Spirituality are not to be used for evil. Only a wise Soul & Spirit will understand and comprehend this.

Smudging

Indigenous peoples have burned sage for centuries as part of a spiritual ritual to cleanse a person or space, and to promote healing and wisdom. It's been used since the time of the ancient Egyptians to treat digestive issues, memory problems, and sore throats.

Smudging is a way of connecting the material plane to the realm of the spirits. There are many different smudges, some tribes used Cedar as a way of carrying prayers up to heaven and Lavender to provide a calming and soothing energy in a chaotic situation.

Meditation & Frequency

Meditation as a practice today is pretty common and widespread, it’s good to understand that the origins and roots of meditation go back a long way. Today, meditation has been and continues to be adapted to suit our lives and going back to its roots can help you to develop a strong appreciation for how broad the practice is, as well as how it developed at different points in time.

The oldest documented images of meditation are from India and date back from 5000 to 3500 BCE. Wall art paintings depict people sitting in meditative-like seated postures with their eyes half closed, presumed to be deep in meditation.
